To activate BT Paring Mode:
Press and hold the Menu + OK buttons until the red led flashes.
Then open the Bluetooth Devices Manager plugin, when it finds "Gigablue BT20", highlight that option and press OK, the remote will now connect via BT. -

As Ev0 said menu + ok and instructions are also on remote control packaging.

In my excitement to get started I totally missed the notes on the RCU packaging.

Added the Label Bluetooth Support -
Now that it is paired I have to say I'm disappointed with the frequent losses of connections via BT. Sometimes the RCU gets so confused that the only way to fix it is a hard reset.
If I revert to using IR I am stuck with the poor directional limitations of the RCU.
Really frustrating,
The STB is fine but the RCU is a massive disappointment for me.
