da quello che sembra che confermi e' sul video
Che non e' su formato o Skin non settato
Se fa' il boot normale vai da pagina web metti sulla barra id della Lan e vedrai le impostazioni cerca il telecomando che puoi settare a tuo piacere il setting per il video e poi fai il riavvio....prova.

io soft non deve superare i 130 mb se va oltre non riparte
Come se ha un limite di spazio (penso dovuto al sistema) che abbia bisogno di memoria disponibile oltre il soft,
io ho testato per 3 ...4 giorni, la memoria e' di 250 mb circa ma la scheda madre ti permette di installare solo soft leggeri per poi espanderli con plugin ed altro io son riuscito a fagli aggiungere tutti i plugin fino a 220 mb ma noi non si puo' ripristinare nessun backup di queste dimensioni non c'è' modo di ricaricarlo arriva fino ad un 60 % di flesch e poi va in crash...si fa' solo backup di 130 mb circa se no non li ricarica piu'....vecchio sistema ma molto stabile.

You need have inj D8000 Hdd or CF or Usb ,to install the swap file . My DM 8000 is working perfect with openatv 7.6

I tried it. There is a crash after downloading the image to complete the downloads. It crashes and the image does not complete downloading.
I updated the image to openatv 7.6 on the octagon sf 8008 receiver. The device crashes and does not change channels. The remote control does not work. Did you ever tried just to flash with a clean new image ? Instead of updating...

lo gia' provato anch'io la 7.6 non ce' la fa' a finire il soft di installazione,
la' fatto con la 7.4 e poi usare flesxpander....dopo usare sempre come supporto o la USB o hdd per poter installare la 7.6 completa ma sempre sul supporto USB o hdd,
S faceva con 800se ho gia' fatto quel sistema ma dopo non puoi piu' estrarre la USB io ora ho come appoggio USB da 64 GB e non voglio farlo non potendo utilizzare sempre con lo stesso soft.

It's recommended to perform a clean installation on the DM8000 without restoring any old settings. Please keep the following in mind:
The DM8000 has limited RAM.
There is a known bug in the bootloader that only allows images smaller than 100MB.
After installation, do not skip the startup wizard. It is essential because:
A swap file will be created on the USB stick.
Additional important packages (IPKs) will be downloaded from the feed.
As long as these steps are followed, the image will work fine—even on this older box. The current image is still compatible, so there shouldn’t be any issues if these specifics are taken into account.

Si consiglia di eseguire un'installazione pulita sul DM8000 senza ripristinare le vecchie impostazioni. Si prega di tenere a mente quanto segue:
Il DM8000 ha una RAM limitata.
C'è un bug noto nel bootloader che consente solo immagini più piccole di 100 MB.
Dopo l'installazione, non saltare la procedura guidata di avvio . È essenziale perché:
Verrà creato un file di swap sulla chiavetta USB.
Verranno scaricati ulteriori pacchetti importanti (IPK) dal feed.
Finché si seguono questi passaggi, l'immagine funzionerà bene, anche su questa vecchia scatola. L'immagine attuale è ancora compatibile, quindi non dovrebbero esserci problemi se si prendono in considerazione queste specifiche.
lo fatto gia' parecchie volte ma una volta finito l'installazione all'avvio non fa' piu' nulla non si ha la possibilita' di usare il telecomando,
ed è originale...perché gli mando SSL 84 ogni tanto quando cambio i soft.
Questo e' lerrore che appare e rimane in reboot continuo
IMG_20250406_021237.jpgtrovato il problema bisogna testare varie usb perche' riesca a tro are una buone che possa salvare e continuare il suo boot di tutti i file poi prosegue con l' installazione dei plugin mancanti....e che ci voleva dirlo piu' chiare che sono 2 fasi di instsllazioni e usb e non hdd.

ora funziona tutto...solo che ho sbagliato lingua sulla prime due ci sono 2 asterischi o cercato di disattivarne uno sul francese ed invece e' partito con quella lingua amnnaccia...fa nolla inserisco con Dcc la mia lingua italiana.
