Questa e' la nuova usb che ho messo mentre chiedeva dove salvare e la riconosciuta al volo ed ha seguito l'aghiornamento ora e' facile.

devi solo firmare una usb in fat 32 lo rufatto per fare proprio questo
Test delle usb,
Ne ho provata una mini quelle da mettere in auto a scomparsa
Che ci starebbe sul frontalino ma non funziona.
NB: quando accetta la usb devi confermare come ho fatto i foto nelle immagini precedenti.....con supporto usb....questo e' importante.

se di lascia una usb formattata in fat 32 e si installa il soft Atv 7.6
Finito il primo riavvio che appare il linguaghio metti inglese si capisce meglio
Poi ti trovera' la usb e tu vedrai un video dove salva il file ti posti su usb e confermi con tasto ok e poi fa' tutto il decoder vedi....devi sollo attendere il suo reboot che finisce....lo sto rifacendo per test...vari...uma pecca nei suoi supporti plugin manca ( curl ) che ora serve.IMG_20250406_140100.jpg
appena ho finito impiegato ad installarlo 15 minti tra formattare usb mandare il soft ed artivare cosi a sistemare i tuner.
al riavvio si ha gia' il linguaggio installato...ottimo

openatv image is big for old enimaga2 boxes maybe openatv support will fix smaller image
L'immagine OpenATV è grande per le vecchie scatole Enimaga2 Forse il supporto OpenATV risolverà l'immagine più piccola
non penso e' una questione di flesch il decoder se gli invii soft superiore a 130 mb all'avvio non funziona non fa' il boot

curl Dream 800...ho per vecchio modello e lo istallato stanotte e ho rovinato il soft al riavvio bloccato
devo installarlo su questo software.
lo trovato su Pacchetti Rete per consol

Pensi che funzioni con USB da 2 GB o 4 GB? Molti ce l'hanno.

Devi sapere che stai lavorando su decoder Mips.

The problem with this box—and all other older Dreamboxes—is that Dream Multimedia limited the image size in the bootloader. A maximum of only 100MB can be flashed.
Dream never removed this limitation, even after requests six years ago. Their response was simply: "Buy a new box, there are no more updates for the old ones."
So the image must be small enough to fit. If it's too large, using a Flash Expander on USB is a safe and practical alternative. -

Our images OpenPLi 8.xStar, and 9.xStar, are around 120 Mb and can perfecly be flashed, then there is plenty of flash to add things by users after.
But above the 128 Mb limit... (including for backups), it will need another way to load the image such as multi-boot.

That was the reason why we build small box images — for devices with storage limitations.
The DM8000 doesn’t even need a FlashExpander yet.
Alternatively, like with the very old 64 MB boxes, you can also offload the entire image to an SD card, which is quite easy to do on Dream devices. -
