The home build image is build without feeds ! The feeds I've
used are from fairbird ( raed ) ... image Open BH ! were
not compiled ! so updating image just for curiosity ... could
give such results !
I don't have a server to host the feeds ! is just a HomeBuild as I've said !
The image is simple , is functional in all basic aspects , is fast , so
is good to be used ... I'm afraid does not support experiments !

I didn't mention anything related to the open BH image.
Same error in the image BH, that has been corrected.
It is fine to disagree, but please keep off the personal attacks and insults.
For clarity...
Open multi boot is a plugin
Barry Allen is a plugin
Some receivers have hardware multi boot, where the bootloader will allow users to select a partition to boot from. They have a bootloader to allow this
Additionally, there is:
kexec multiboot - used for Vu+ receivers
chkroot multiboot - for the dream box, xtrend, and I think Octagon.
Both these last two require the function to be enabled in the kernel. So the base image that is flashed must include them. The Enigma2 in use must be coded to recognise the directories/partitions to enable booting into different images.
Official OpenPLi Enigma2/core code has not been adapted or chkroot yet. It is included in OE-A core code which is shared ATV and ViX have added code to their Enigma2.
In my experience OpenMultiBoot plugin is unreliable as you have one kernel on image in flash and code on running image being built for another. It seldom works with PLi in flash image.
PLI do not like booting from USB/external devices as in their experience, it is unreliable. OBH have no issues with it.
There are differences, we don't need to argue.
There are who mock and laugh at others.
Laughing without reason is ill-mannered.
He should be educated first, then come and discuss things.

master G has pushed the thread.
Let's go...
OE Multiboot actual status
- Dreambox ONE / TWO - GPT Multiboot (DreamOS, OpenE2)
- Dreambox 900 UHD / 920 UHD , Dinobot like - ChkRoot Multiboot
- VU+ 4K - KExec Multiboot
None of them ... are plugins in OpenATV ! and are build to
support STB's witch doesn't have HW Multiboot. All these
Multiboot software are partitioning the EMMC in excess to
accommodate new images !
I've installed and tested intensively :
Dream ONE and ONE Combo ( GPT Multiboot ) ,
VU+Zero 4K and VU+UNO 4K ( KExec Multiboot ) ,
DM 920 UHD and Amiko Viper 4K V30 ( ChkRoot Multiboot )

I had the same problem: soft lock with red LED.
I inserted it with
Dcc in lib...libxml2.so.. with 755 permissions
and from telnet reboot it worked and rebooted correctly.
Perfect

It is now visible as with the normal Pli software.
Hello, I’m using a DM920 UHD together with a DM800HD in the same room. The problem is that both boxes respond to the same remote control. I know that the DM920 supports changing the Remote Control System Code (IR address), but in OpenViX there is no such option in the menus.
Can you please confirm if Raed’s OpenPLi homebuild image for DM920 includes the option to change the remote control code (system code / RC address)?

try changing the dipswitches inside the remote. I have 2 dm920 side by side to feed 2 different projectors and i have changed the IR channel of each remote with the dipswitches and works fine
