Banner does not work. Only Epg event.

I don't understand you well , but I think your problem is that you don't know how to show 2nd infobar , it is just in your key settings

Menu/Settings/User & GUI/OSD Settings/Second Info Bar - here you can choose from multiple settings, explanation: Enable the second info bar with long info (press OK twice for an additional second info bar).
In practice, it looks like this: press the Info button on the remote once to get information; if you hold the Info button for a second or two, you get different information from which you can select some settings from numbers 0 to 9.

When you post screenshots, it’s better to switch your system language to English. It’s hard for users to follow the images otherwise.
I always change the language when I use international forums. I keep it in my native language when I’m addressing speakers of it.

EPG list is not visible on Egami 11-R4 and the timer cannot be set.
There is no problem when we open the same channel in Pure2, this problem occurred after Egami 11-R3.
I will check it and fix if there is problem .
