I think you'll have to take it to a TV technician who has devices that find out if certain frequencies between vertical and horizontal work... you could have damaged some transistors,

if another decoder works on the same system...??

Can you post screen short of tuner settings ?

Which image version/date it is ? As generally this could be due to old drivers, it's always better to install a recent image, which will have the latest drivers, and should work (if it ever worked on that box).

you need to know the technical characteristics of the satellite tuner that is used in this receiver, or at least the chip that is responsible for receiving satellite channels, and then look at the data sheet in which frequency range it can receive a signal, based on experience, if it does not support high-speed streams, then you can not go beyond your capabilities.. even by installing the newest drivers..

If dvbsnoop is installed on your box, check your tuner capabilities with telnet command
