It is another plugin for getting EPG. Installing another version of the plugin will complicate things.

I've told you what to do, delete the EPG.dat then obtain EPG from the satellite by simply zapping through a few of the channels.
Then check to see if the crash has gone. However, because the EPG.dat is a protected file you have to first stop enigma2 by issuing init 4, then delete the EPG.dat, then issue init 3 to restart enigma2 again.

Yes. But you need to stop enigma2 first as the data is held in RAM.. You have use use Putty/terminal. issue the following command to do this
init 4

I've done everything as you told me before and deleted EPG.dat, but crashlogs still exist for Sky De
Could you please verify it once again?

I'll try to help, and maybe I'm wrong.
You get an error that the service reference string is not valid. Have you copied whitelist_streamrelay to etc /enigma2 and scanned the Astra 19.2 satellite. When the scan is finished then restart the box to get valid service references in the epg. I don't believe that the epg.dat file would cause that problem, if everything is fine with the epg with other channels. EPGCache stores those references in epg.dat.
Did you have in EPG Import config 'Load EPG only services in bouquets' set to 'Yes'.

Please try without the stream relay bouquets. Please delete them if you must.

For now, go to the service list, orbital, 19.2, copy three sky de channels into a new bouquet. Favourites is fine. In the service list, press menu on those three channels and ensure that they are marked to play with stream relay.
In the channel selection screen, press blue for favourite, select the bouquet with those 3 channels.
Try and repeat the crash. (Do not select the stream relay bouquets)

Old streamrelay user bouquet is outdated. All newer images now use whitelist_streamrelay. Maybe is old user bouquet
which you use reason for your issue .

Well, when I use blue button for Sky De favourites it is peculiar that EPG works without any crashes for all Sky De channels that I have zapped.

If you have still old skyde userbouquets , you will find it in etc / enigma2. Whitelist_streamrelay is available for all STB's.
You don't need any settings. Please read my post above once more what you must doing.
Remove userbouquet for Skyde you have and copy this as I wrote. Skyde channels are now opening directly in the satellite list.In whitelist_streamrelay I removed the FTA channel references that were in the list, so only the Skyde channels in Sky provider on Astra are now in the list. When it was the old usebouquet there was no epg for Skyde channels if I remember correctly.
In whitelist_streamrelay are both , Skyuk + Skyde.

To delete a bouquet:
In the channel/bouquet list (not any EPG view), ensure your bouquets are showing (you may need to press blue (favourites)), highlight the bouquet you want to delete, press menu, select remove entry, confirm the removal.
Whitelist stream relay function has been available for well over a year, maybe two. It is definitely in the image you have. In the channel list (not EPG view), press menu, it will show play service with stream relay. This is per channel. If you transfer the list uploaded by panda, you don't have to set every channel you want.

I'm so sorry for my late reply. I went away to a countryside and physically have no access to my receiver to finalise my Sky De bouquet adjustment.
