Display MoreHi, does anyone know how to get smargo to work on a DM900 with DE 7.2? It worked fine with OpenPli, without needing to download additional drivers or anything else. With DE, the green light is solid, but it won't read cards. The cfg files are the same ones I used with OpenPli.

As I said: with openpli no problem with my reader configuration; with Dream Elite no way, but I've to use DE for other motivations...

Hi peter, I know it works well with Openpli. I had a backup of yours, and the reader worked fine with the oscam.server configuration you gave me a while ago. Unfortunately, to use the HDMI-in port on the DM900, I had to switch to a Dream OS-based image, therefore to Dream Elite, because the HDMI-in port on Openpli doesn't work on the DM900. And the Smargo drivers aren't available for the Dream Elite (.deb).

Yes, there are drivers for DE. I did another test on DE. I copied the folder to lib/module/3.14..../kernel/driver/usb/serial/ 1-ftdi_sio.ko 2-usbserial.ko Give permission 755 and restart the box.
Hi, you don't need to install it. If you have a backup, create a folder on your PC and extract everything inside with sevenzip. You'll find the drivers in the location I wrote above.

Look inside the file, it's already unzipped. If you don't know how to install it,
send the folder to the box as intri and go to its files, granting 755 rights to all the files, and restart the box.

thanks again peter, but as I wrote yesterday night (see post #14) it wasn't a driver problem, but oscam version problem...some version doesn't support smargo or smartreader; I changed oscam version and smargo work well (anyway ths for the driver)
