Hi guys I have Openatv 7.5.1 with ONYX skin from kiddac in my octagon. I already have a list of several channels and satellites and everything is ok...But there is a problem. When I put it on a hotbird channel for example, the antenna is rotating until it reaches the channel and opens... If I change to another channel on the same hotbird satellite... the signal and quality are at ZERO and for a long time Change the channel again within the hotbird to the previous one and the signal and quality will be zero again, with the satellite tuned...Is something wrong with this image?Is it a plugin thing? I only have the kiddac skin and E2Essentials, nothing else!Is there a plugin for searching for satellites when changing channels to see if it fixes this bug? I didn't want to leave the OpenATV image. I appreciate the help.

If you have configured your tuner/s correctly and are still having problems. It looks like you could have an LNB or other hardware fault.
Try new PSU, check f-plugs, check cabling, check/replace LNB, try receiver at another location.
There is very little detail about your reception hardware and what you have configured them as, so no easy to diagnose those. You could describe number of tuners, how many wires from LNB/motor, describe any switches/splitters. And finally for each tuner to be configured correctly, the software must match the hardware. Just becaase it works on some instances, it does not mean it is correct.

Your satellites.xml file is probably being corrupted. Download one and transfer it to your receiver. Download from http://satellites-xml.org/
System version of xml file goes in /etc/tuxbox

My problem is that I have a 30w fixed antenna in which I have the configuration of this satellite in port D of disecq and in port A is the motor cable... So I can't put USUALS otherwise it will be without fixed antenna effect!!! So I have the configuration on each satellite I catch, as well as the configuration I left above

Configure the motor first, get it working
Add fixed dish later on
Lnb 1 - Motor - Diseqc 1.2 Use usuals, Diseqc 1.0 command port A
Lnb 4 - Fixed - Diseqc 1.0 command port D
