You have to chage plp from 0 to 7. 0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7. scan 8 times with different plp.

Scanning is now possible on openATV 7.6. All 16 of the provider's channels are now scanned without problems.

You're scanning there 16 east in your screenshots. The other poster was on 21.5 east. There you have to manually add PLP ID from 1-5 or 7 (if I remember correctly).
