    🇬🇧 ENGLISH - How to add data


    METHOD 1: M3U URL (Most popular)

    Use this for long links ending in .m3u or .m3u8 provided by your IPTV provider.

    1. Open the plugin and press key 1 (M3U URL).

    2. A virtual keyboard will appear.

    3. Enter (or paste via OpenWebif) your playlist URL. It must start with

    4. Press GREEN to confirm.

    5. Watch the status bar in the footer – the plugin will download the list and show the channel count.


    METHOD 2: Local M3U File

    Use this if you have a playlist file saved on a USB stick or receiver's memory (e.g., in /tmp/).

    1. Press key 2 (M3U File).

    2. A file manager will open (defaulting to

    3. Navigation:

    * OK: Enter folder or select file.

    * EXIT: Go up (parent folder).

    4. Find your .m3u or .m3u8 file and press OK.


    METHOD 3: Xtream Codes (Login/Password)

    If your provider gave you: Host, Username, Password.

    1. Press key 3 (Xtream).

    2. You will see a window with three fields.

    3. Use UP / DOWN arrows to switch between fields (the active one has a green border).

    4. Press OK on a field to type data.

    * Host: Full server address (e.g.

    * Username: Your login.

    * Password: Your password.

    5. Once all three are filled, press GREEN to login.


    METHOD 4: MAC Portal (Stalker/Mag)

    For portals authorized via MAC address.

    1. Press key 4 (MAC Portal).

    2. A JSON editor will appear.

    3. Edit the "host" field with your portal URL.

    (MAC is usually auto-detected, but you can edit it manually if spoofing is needed).

    4. Press GREEN (Save) to connect.


    EXTRA: Custom EPG (New in v3.3)

    If your list lacks EPG, and you have your own XMLTV link.

    1. Press key 7 (EPG URL).

    2. Enter the URL to your XML/GZ file (e.g.

    3. Confirm with GREEN.

    4. Then press the YELLOW button in the main menu ("Install EPG sources") to register it.

    5. Now you can download the guide using the system EPG Import plugin.


    ⚠️ IMPORTANT - SAVING (Export):

    Loading a list just shows a preview in memory. To see channels on your TV list:

    1. After loading a list, press BLUE ("Export").

    2. Select channel groups you want (OK or Green button).

    3. Press BLUE again to save them as bouquets.

    4. Restart GUI to make them appear in Favorites.

    ⚠️ WAŻNE - ZAPISYWANIE (Eksport):

    Wczytanie listy to tylko podgląd. Aby zapisać kanały na liście w TV:

    1. Po wczytaniu naciśnij NIEBIESKI ("Eksport").

    2. Zaznacz grupy kanałów (OK lub Zielony).

    3. Naciśnij ponownie NIEBIESKI, aby zapisać.

    4. Zrestartuj GUI, aby listy się pojawiły.

    It doesn't work


    I did the following:


    I installed IPTV DREAM 3.3

    Then in etc/enigma2 I created a txt directory and renamed it to iptvdream_mac.json

    Then I entered my URL/MAC addresses inside the iptvdream_mac.json My URLs/MAC addresses were configured like this:

    Hey, check the entered data format carefully. In my opinion, there should be a space between the URL and the MAC address (after the comma).


    Additionally, the error you are showing (TypeError: 'NoneType' ...) suggests that the plugin cannot correctly identify the Host address. Make sure you have preserved the correct JSON file structure (quotation marks are very important). It should look like this:

    Pay close attention to whether you accidentally deleted a quotation mark " at the beginning or end of the link.

    I have already written everything there is to write about adding data. You are making mistakes yourselves by not preserving spaces and other characters.


    Just look at my other posts and replies - everything is described there. I cannot keep repeating the solutions to the same errors for everyone. Everything has already been explained; please read my previous answers, as well as those of others regarding the same topic.

    Nothing works, I've tried countless configurations with and without spaces, and none of them work. I've tried all of these methods:

    These URLs/MAC addresses are correct because they work perfectly in Estalker and Multistalkerpro.


    I'm not going to waste any more time on this, I'll delete it and continue using Multistalkerpro and Estalker.

    The error you are seeing: [Errno -2] Name or service not known means that your receiver cannot find the server with the address you entered. The DNS system is unable to translate the domain name into an IP address.


    Most likely causes:


    1. Typo in the address (Most probable):

    You entered an address starting with

    . Check carefully for typos. Is the address complete? Is the ending (e.g., .com, .net) correct? It looks like the hostname is invalid or does not exist.


    2. No Internet / DNS issue:

    Your receiver might not have internet access or has incorrectly configured DNS servers.


    How to fix it?

    • Check if this link works on your computer or phone first.
    • Correct the address in the "host" field in the JSON file, ensuring you type it exactly character by character.
