    You can use any oscam version, but it must be a recent version. Simply install the IPK file, set PMD mode to 6 and OE to 2.0.

    This is not necessarily the case. OsCAM has to be built with the underlisted option enabled. Not all the oscam uploaders are doing so. All the various uploaders do not say what options are enabled. For ATV users, PLI scarthgap images and when Vix 6.8 004 is released, the version on the plugin servers is built with it. Best to check oscam webif configuration. If the options (as in the picture in post 1) are not there, that version of oscam does not have the function.

    Code
    DWITH_EXTENDED_CW=1 \
  • wget -qO- --no-check-certificate "http://updates.mynonpublic.com/oea/feed" | bash

    opkg install oscam-master

    opkg install

    After executing those commands, this emulator was downloaded. Is it useful? I added a CCcam server to it, but it didn't open any channels.

    1. turn off stream.relay

    2. oscam.config :

    pmt_mode = 6

    extended_cw_api = 1

    3. restart oscam

  • Hi everyone, I can no longer get external CCCAM to read CCCAM_cfg_path = /etc/tuxbox/config. Why? Thanks.

  • Good afternoon.

    If my channel works with these parameters, it means the broadcast is already using the new technology SoftCSA?

    Pire2 -the same works

  • 3. Verification

    If the following entry appears in the OSCam log, everything is set up correctly:
    2025/12/17 21:09:34 c (dvbapi) Client connected: 'Enigma2' (protocol version = 3)

    protocol version = 3 indicates that Enigma2 is connected with Extended CW support.

    How do I know if SoftCSA is active/available?

    System information: Menu → Information → System Information shows whether SoftCSA is enabled in the image
    OSCam log: Software descrambling is logged for SoftCSA channels

    I dont know if this is a language/translation issue.

    But the instructions definitely work. Here is the output from my receiver. If anybody else has an issue, please post the errors you get. The commands are for OpenATV.
