On OpenATV, Papi basically wrote that you damaged the flash memory and it will need to be repaired.

Check that the file is on the USB.

ATV usually leaves it named noforce.

If it's in ATV, rename it to force and unplug it for 2 minutes.

Then turn it on without doing anything. Let it do its thing. The menu should appear.
