First it found over 600 channels then they all were unavailable 
In terms of the physical hardware, how many diseqc switches do you have? (You have told the receiver you have two diseqc switches).

You have told your receiver that you have two switches. Set tuner B as "disabled/not configured" to correct the mistake.

We do not want to know scan results at the moment.
