    SoftCSA (Software Decoding via Common Coding Algorithm):

    Add upport for connecting an Enigma2 client with protocol version 3.

    The SoftCSA configuration is located in Menu -> Receiver Settings -> Decryption & Parental Control -> SoftCSA Settings.

    A new encoding algorithm, called protocol version 3 (CSA-ALT), has been added. When the hardware decoder is unable to decrypt, the native software decoding integrated into Enigma2 is used. This is a more functional alternative to the StreamRelay module.

    Protocol 3 has been implemented in both OSCam and NCam via DVBAPI for software decoding in Enigma2. The OSCam or NCam DVBAPI connects to the CAT PMT server in mode 6, and then the Enigma2 client (ePMTClient) connects using protocol version 3.

    Required configuration:

    • Disable StreamRelay for the channels where you will be working in this mode and use either OSCam or NCam.
    • Add the following to the [dvbapi] section of oscam.conf or ncam.conf, or do so via Webif: Config -> DVB-Api -> PMT Mode:
    Quote
    [dvbapi]

    pmt_mode = 6

    extended_cw_api = 1

    Note: If you do not want to use this protocol and prefer a different PMT mode, do not choose mode 2 or 5, as you will lose channel display.

    If you enable SoftCSA via OSCam or NCam with pmt_mode = 6 and extended CW API, and you have restored a backup using a binary without this module active (which is called extended CW), you will not be able to view channels. You must install the new OSCam or NCam packages from OpenSPA downloads, where this function is enabled.

    To verify that it is working in this mode, check the OSCam or NCam log where the following appears: (dvbapi) Client connected:'Enigma2'(protocol version = 3)

    CAMDManager:

    - Adapt to SoftCSA.

    - Add camd checking when Enigma2 restarts.

    Enigma2 HTTP Authentication:

    - Remove authentication request in local HTTP streaming.

    Network:

    - Add the "Transmission" plugin to the Network Services menu (it can be installed, uninstalled, or disabled from this menu).

    - Add a new way to restart the network via socket. The conventional method of restarting the network is also maintained, if used via the BLUE Extensions button.

    - Add the ability to install DNS authenticators, which establish the authenticity, integrity, and reliability of DNS responses. To install it, go to Network Services -> DNSCrypt. Once installed, it becomes configurable from the Network -> DNS Settings menu.

    Tailscale:

    - Modify to allow you to see connected devices when API tokens are generated on your Tailscale site (entered in /etc/keys/tailscale_api.key)
