The picons doesn't appear fully on the DM TWO's LCD screen - the bottom part is cut off.

I selected what's in the image, but it only shows the channel picon.

Your LCD configuration can't be used on the DM TWO's LCD because there isn't enough space, right?

When in standby mode, the LCD screen does not display any information.

I'm using OpenATV 8.0 on my DreamBox Two device, and I'm having trouble finding sound on the movie channels included in my TTNET package.

My beginner's comment:

The BluetoothSetup plugin is installed. The plugin is waiting for eInputDeviceManager. Your Enigma2 kernel does not provide this symbol (or it was compiled with a different name).

The error only occurs when BluetoothSetup is installed.

I think I'll try uploading a newer image and then try again. I updated to the latest image on 06.06.2026. What are the necessary codes for logging?

I am now using the Two on a daily basis.

So if you send us debug logs, we will take a look at them. If it is possible, we will fix the issues.

At the moment, we are working on A/V sync part 2, the new AVControl implementation, where the current Python hack is being ported to C, and the BT RCU firmware update. I am waiting for a second RCU, which should arrive today.

We are also working on something new, but that is still secret for now.

In 8.0, we already have several new things at the moment:

A/V sync part 1, hardware OSD acceleration support, the DM Two LCD color fix, and BT/BLE RCU support.

So quite a lot has already been added in just a few days.

Which forum should we report them in?

Should we just send them as a crashlog file?

There is also an annoying problem, which is that HDMI CEC does not work and does not respond in this image.

I am running a Dreambox DM900 and I performed a clean installation of OpenATV 8.0 (10.06.2026 — MMC).

Immediately after flashing and booting the image, Enigma2 fails to start properly. It crashes during initialization with the following error:

• Python version: 3.14.5

The crash occurs during Enigma2 startup (StartEnigma.py), specifically while importing Twisted, which then triggers an attrs-related exception.

No manual upgrades or opkg updates were performed after flashing the image. The issue is present immediately after a clean install.

edit: The issue was caused by a failed 8.0-beta update that left a broken installation in the linuxrootfs3 partition — Python 3.14 was present but Twisted packages were missing. Clearing linuxrootfs3 and reinstalling 7.5.1 via rescue mode resolved it completely.

Hi from start I am using openatv 8.0 on my dream box one I have problem after when box I put standby to put it on by remote it does not comes on when is on remote work ok and the cursor keep turning therefore I use command through telnet to turn the box on any suggestion ? Thanks
