ASTRA NFL Service viewing problems

Hi, I have a VU+ DUO 2kSE, and I cannot get to tune the frequency 11817V-31428FEC correctly. The signal seems to be strong (SNR above 70%), but, after inserting the correct BISS key, the picture is pixellated like there's almost no signal at all

I think it has something to do with my tuner (S2X. )Has anyone else also experienced this with a VU+?

I'm currently on egami 11, but I've also tried OpenATV 7.5 and 7.6, openBH and pure2, same problem. Can you show me what parameters you set on manual scan? Thanks

Thanks it turned out my dish was misaligned. I never thought about that, cause every other channel on Astra is very strong, maybe this being a service signal is very plolarized and you have to fine-tune the alignment...
