No way, if there is no backup of it, you have to reflash it, but there is a fix for it.

Installing the Image via USB Stick for Vu+ zero / Vu+ zero WE

Important: Unzip the archive onto the USB stick so that the folders are created correctly.

Download the Vu+ Zero (WE) image to your PC and save it (USB version). Format the USB stick with the FAT or FAT32 file system. Unzip the file onto the USB stick (e.g., with WinRAR, WinZip, 7zip, etc.). The /vuplus/zero folders are now created on the USB stick. There are now 5 files in the /vuplus/zero directory on the USB stick! Turn off the Vu+. Remove all USB devices from the decoder. Remove any TV cards from the decoder. Insert the previously prepared USB stick into the USB port. Turn on the Vu+. During the flash process, the front LED will pulse. When the flash process is complete, the LED will flash at regular intervals. Turn off the Vu+. Remove the USB stick from the decoder. Turn on the decoder. If everything went well, the wizard should start.
