I very recently changed from Virgin broadband to EE Full Fiber 900. Now I cannot get my Zgemma H9s to work correctly. The wifi connects to the network (the green light indicator come on but only after I click on Adapter Settings and exit or save), but it is incredibly slow.
I have checked the Zgemma Network settings and the EE hub settings, I have tried every combination imaginable, but I cannot get this Zgemma H9S to connect correctly. I have set up "Compatible WiFi on the EE Hub, given that a new network name, so I now have two wifi networks - the standard and this compatible mode one. The Zgemma barely connects to the hub via wifi. All my other gadgets connect fine. Has anyone else had experience in dealing with this issue when changing ISPs?
