I bought the SF8008 Twin DVB-S2X Tuner Edition and installed OpenPLI. My setup is one cable coming down from the LNB and splitted through a SAT priority switch, tuner 1 is master and tuner 2 is slave. I defined two satellites just so I can assign each satellite to each tuner and confirmed both have signal through the signal meter/finder. My problem is that when I try to play both transponders at the same time through openwebif it doesn't seem to work. Zap before streaming is turned off and I open the TS URL directly on MPV (I mean the ones that look like http://192.168.15.101:8001/1:0:1:1:1:20C4:130000:0:0:0:). What am I doing wrong?

google translationTo use an LNB's signal on two tuners, the LNB must be DCCS or SCR, or have two independent outputs and a dual cable to the tuner.
The LNB must provide separate outputs or two separate channels on the same cable, otherwise it won't work.

I'm using a regular LNB with a splitter, the frequencies I want are specific, 11779 H and 11837 H. Both are horizontal and high so that shouldn't be an issue, right?

Are these two transponders on both the same satellite?
You ideally should use two signal wires. Or if just one satellite position, a unicable LNB and splitter by receiver.
Ignore any posts saying you need FBC tuners to use unicable. Sadly a lot of people spread this incorrect notion.

Another option for you is to use internal "loop through", if your receiver supports it. It is limited but should allow you to receive two transponders on one quadrant/plane of the satellite. Some receivers will only loop from Tuner B to tuner A.
