Just notice on the web interface some uses occasionally have a red circle with a number it, what does it mean?

If its only present for a few seconds its probably a user restarting box!
Anything more than a few mins and long periods of time someone using line/connection twice mate!

There are a number of ways of stopping double logins, In oscam conf under timeouts reject duplicate logins.
Stop illegal users with failban.
FailBan and OScamLock the peers line to the dns like this in oscam.user
Codehostname = your_peers_dns.dyndns.tvStop your card being reshared without your knowledge with anti cascading
