non internet

    it says , in the tspanel, no internet connection , or server down, wen clearly its not, as the spiders working, any ideas please, and the lights green on the back with an orange flashing light,.

    What section of tspanel does it say no connection have you checked your connections etc

    wondering if you have rebooted your receiver or router? - you could have an IP address conflict. If you have a device that has dhcp to assign an IP address, but another that where you have the IP address fixed, the device that is using dhcp could be assigned the IP address that is set on the fixed device. If you Check your router, you should be able to see what IP addresses are assigned to each device. If this is the problem, then the best ways around it is to have all of the devices on your network either dhcp or all fixed. If you need to have one of your devices as fixed (for example, for a server that needs it this way) then you should fix this in the router as well to prevent conflicts.
