error compiling csp

    whle downlowing the files for the csp i got stuck on this line
    /lib/cspsnv/CSP-svn/dist# mvcardservproxy /sur/local/csp
    its mv: cannot stat cardserproxy : no such file or directory
    wherte do i went wrong there or what i didn't do

    Check your permissions on the folder/files
