oscam sid reject

    im trying to make oscam reject sids from my reject group and allow everyhting else also keeping some services to specific readers etc.


    instead of having many many groups to manage with sids etc. i think a reject group would be easier. imo anyway.


    i cant quite suss it out, is it like this?:-

    going off the config above.
    any requests made by me that are in the rejected list will be ignored, boxnation, mutv,setanta and all other requests will be fine?
    requests from me for mutv go to remote reader 1
    requests from me for setanta go to remote reader 2


    any requests from remote user 1 + 2 will get blocked and only get boxnation from me



    in my rejected services group are the sids from SBO, INTERNATIONAL, ADULT, RACINGUK, CHELSEATV, PRIMETIME, everyhting else is allowable.


    when i have tried it earlier i was getting timeouts galore and lots of invalids etc so its a services settting somewhere im not sure.

    Hmm...


    You cannot "mix" allowed, and disallowed like you do..


    For example:


    reader 1
    caid = 0963
    services = !rejected,boxnation


    With this, you say that this reader1:


    1) May only read CAID 0963
    2) May only anwer sid 0963:000000:C5CB (set with 'allow' boxnation service)
    3) Must reject all sids in 'rejected' services


    In that setup, number 1) and 3) are useless, since it will already only allow 0963:000000:C5CB from 2).


    --


    So either make one allow, or one disallow list.
    Combining both is possible, but they must 'respect' each other..
