tethering laptop through mobile phone

    It depends on a few things what phone you have can you create a wifi hotspot from your phone does your data package allow tethering etc

    easy tether is a free app if you using android !

    That should be natively possible on the 3GS.. But your provider can block it.. (on the OS itself) and often does so.


    If so, unless jailbroken, i believe tethering will not be possible..


    Apple calls this feature 'Personal Hotspot'.
