how do i install CSP MySQL User Manager ?
No real need for that, in truth it's really only useful if your adding and removing clients on a daily basis like payservers do
Edit the config manually if you have a small setup

I totally agree with sync on that...the CSP MySQL User Manager is only really helpful if you had a lot of users being added and removed on a daily basis, and i think we all know the kind of setups that is most applicable to! - the easiest thing to do is simply edit the config file as sync has suggested :)
yeah i use oscam , but i guess lazyness kicked in lol
install xampp
import file cmum by php
transfer all files from www folder to hdtocs
edit two files config.php and genxml.php
