MGCamd Configuration Help! Reconnection issue

Hello,
I have set up an mgcamd to a DM500 and configure it with the settings that can be found below. The issue I am having is the following:
I have another computer that runs oscam. The mgcamd is configured to connect to that oscam and it connects just fine. However, if you start the mgcamd while the other's computer oscam is not online then mgcamd fails to connect once the oscam comes back online. In order to connect you need to restart mgcamd.
I'm wondering whether there is an option in the mg_cfg file to correct this issue. Here's the output:

I've tryed it but with no result. Still no connection. I'll try to explain the issue in a more deep manner to see if it helps.
Actually i have installed a vpn between the dbox and the computer.
When I startup the dbox the mgcamd starts before the vpn network is initialized, so it tries to connect to an ip (10.0.0.1) that does not actually exists.
After a while the VPN is initialized but the mgcamd can still no connect unless it is restarted.

Mate that didn't work. I don't know what's going wrong. CCcam is ok with this issue. I'm using MGCamd v 1.35 if that's an issue

Anyone who knows how to decrease that 188971ms timeout for mgcamd?
