  • i have one old laptop with oscam on it and 5 people connect all ok

    just built a server with unbunt on it

    set port up cccam ect as same as other server

    server 1 port 9009
    server 2 port 7000

    users all ok on server 1

    yet when i ask them to change their ports to 7000, no one can connect to second sever? ports open etc

    ideas?

  • I just tested your ports..

    Port 9009 is open.
    Port 7000 is closed on your router, or not configured correctly in oscam.

    Check portforwardings in your router, and the assigned port in oscam.
    Remember you need to restart oscam after port changes.

  • naughty looking at my ip :)

    this is my oscam

    [cccam]
    port = 7000
    nodeid = 65180A0D10C01398
    version = 2.3.0
    reshare = 2
    stealth = 1
    updateinterval = 20

    double checked router. ip and port is open on 7000 both tdp and udp
    rebooted modem and router and server, same

    can you see me says its closed?

  • ok its working via internal ip on n nline

    port 10000 for a nline is ok, just not the 7000

  • cap how do i set a ip in the server, i think thats why, my router starts at 1.100 and my server is 1.4 not listed as attached

  • Well... Thats more a router problem than it is a server problem..

    You should be able to set a portforward to any device in your LAN.. Not only to the ones detected by the router.. (='attached').
    Try to search in your router to manually override, to use the current ip of your server in a portforwarding rule.

    If you really need to change IP on the server.. google is your friend.. use "OS name + static ip" ;-)
    But i suspect the only way to get a device "attached" in your router, is to set the server to DHCP.

  • yeh done it, 7000 was working ok today but i wanna get rid of the crap laptop

    changed the laptop from 7000 to 9009 people are connected and now added 7000 to the new server
    you would think if 7000 for 2 months been ok, why now is it closed?

  • cheers for the help mate, for some reason its not showing up as a attached to router, its get net, its working, done updates, i gave it a static ip, rebooted everything

  • evening stranger, 7000 was ok for months untill the last 3 days

    i just opened on on the router, 7000 on ps3, tv, netowrk drive, laptop, server and even my lg cinema sound....

    rebooted modem and router

    tested still says 7000 closed

  • oops forgot

    i removed static ip from the network interface file changed to dchp
    rebooted saw pc in router and set ip in there
    rebooted 7000 now works
