I have only cccam...and the card is i*****..will this config work as well?
Thanks for the direction.

If you are using cccam alone and you already have a card working then you will need to add another line for a second reader,to be able for cccam to read two cards.
i.e
SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY : /dev/sci0 3430000
SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY : /dev/sci1 3430000
might be a way off the mark one ¿ but have you got it facing right way up??? another thing is you might need scam to update it..
I was using the card with tm5402hd,it's the first time I tried it with ultimo and I have slotted it in several ways just to rule out inserting it wrongly.l installed the above cam from the server but no joy.

With the i***** card you need these lines in your CCcam config,

Do I just edit the .cfg and copy and paste those lines?
Thanks.

Yes mate obviously change to /dev/sci1 if using the other reader.

I don't know what am doing wrong,
I copied and paste these lines into my .cfg and still no traces of my card. When I go to common interface all I see is slot1 and the common interface assignment says slot1 and 2 says no module found.

Is cccam running mate, you should select CCcam in that menu not common interface.

Yea..I selected that, yet it didn't work.If it is permitted,I might copy and paste the .cfg for you go have a look.
Thanks

This is funny,i just edited the file and removed my sealions saved it,copied and just posted and before i hit the post quick reply button, the jsc channels are now showing. Now could it be that the sealions were preventing it from reading the card?
Of course mate, the more info the better.
Thanks mate, all is fine now. Can't figure out where i was going wrong but those lines did the trick.
