New alien2- Cant set up ( no easy install screen shown)

    just received new box, but when first switched on it went into boot & all i can get is main menu
    Press ok & cant get any further - So I cant get to set up box !
    ANY-help much appreciated

    First try loading enigma image onto usb stick. then keep ok pressed in while you switch on wait till you see display change press down button enigma mode then press right button till you see succ then display will change to U LD then wait till image loads. If enigma works the try booting in Spark, is that what you having problems with?

    When you get the Menu up on the screen, use the left and right button the remote to select Install

    Someday everything will all make perfect sence.
    So for now laugh at the confusion,smile through the tears and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason.

    Thanks for your reply- but problem now sorted (Was looking at receiver screen & didnt realise the full info was being shown on tele - screen) !
