How do you put films/series into the user list please any help would be great

Also it keeps crashing my box I'm using vix 433 :-(
download the vix compatible version from our addons on ts panel then do a full reboot...
as far as adding to the user list :
go into the folder 1channel....
usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/1channel and you will see urlist.txt
this is where you add your personal choices..
what will probably cause so much greenscreen crashing is trying a dead link...
