Need Help with VU+Duo

Hi can anyone help resolve a problem loaded Vix image on VU + Duo and when I start the box it boots up and is stuck on loading?

Reflashing the image will cure it, did you recently install a new plugin or skin just before it crashed ?
If so it may be possible to recover it.

Also what version of Vix and id the Duo an Original or Clone Version?

My hunch says Clone and Wrong Image is being installed?
