amiko SHD8900 image problems Spark and E2

This box giving me grief firstly used kingston stick loaded a HDMU E2 image followed tutorial how to load on box all seemed ok lots of flashing numbers on box eventually rebooted on screen HDMU logo all fine went through menu got to wizard clicked ok got to scan clicked ok said nothing to scan...... tried a few times nothing moved on menu said Oscam click to install seemed alright..... Rebooted box now welcome to HDMU SCREEN says welcome IF YOU WANT TO CONNECT RECEIVER TO INTERNET THIS WIZARD WILL HELP PRESS OK TO START CONFIG.....says really sorry encountered software problem your box will be restarted and the same thing happens So tried another image thinking it will overite the existing one so got another image loaded onto stick inserted in box followed procedure to flash now wont...... box screen says 7 70 when press fact got 2 more sticks same thing ALSO TRIED FLASHING LATEST PLUGIN FOR SPARK SAME THING would it be best to factory restore and how do you do this help please!!!!!!!!!!
