just use FileZilla Client and ftp them to enigma 2 on the box and reboot the box and all shud be sorted out mate and saterlite.xml in to tuckbox

Use enigma edit or dreamboxedit to upload your channel list. Less chance of accidentally overwriting something you shouldn't
