it is hard to build a mgcamd???

Nothing is hard.
Hard is looking something that you dont know it.
Mgcam is an excellent emu, much faster than cccam, and can work perfectly with newcs or oscam.

DO you want to set it up within Oscam? If you did that it would update your white card automatically (entitlements)...If that is something you want to do, search the forum for Mgcamd set up with Oscam, fantastic tutorial on how to set it up including attachment files
