it could be worth trying to format your usb and then try again you should be able to check if your line has loaded by checking your cccam configuration
once you have put line on you need to activate it and dhcp needs to be on and reboot box
is dhcp on in network and is it wired or using wifi

this is the box that use the sim card two for internet conecson two not got one of these boxes so is your box using the right conecshon ie your wird one and not tring to usr the sim card
