check you´ve got the same working keys you use in the other image.. remember they change

what OE you use in your both images???
both OE1.6??
both 2.0???maybe you have a false bin in the openpli!!
please check if MG is working on PLi!
wasiest way to do that is to zap to rai4,orf or austriasat! -
