DM800HD SE but cannot get oscam to read local sly card

    could this be the problem in the reader?

    when i look at the reader in 8888, i get this

    i see in ur server u dnt have any mhz or cardmhz, try adding them, this works in mind but u can try both @ 357

    ok, when i reset the oscam/cccam the web info status shows the reader as "needinit" but within 10 secs it goes to "error" an the progress log shows

    one more thing, in ur softcam menu, do u have oscam+cccam on same line, on my 1 their is green dot beside the one i select and besde the green dop it has oscam+cccam, is that wat urs has

    Yes dreamuser, for reference the oscam/cccam is selected/downloaded in tpanel and configuired in tpanel-softcam, there is no entry in blue-button for the image entry, (I assume this works as cccam handles a cline that way.
    When I web info (ip 8888)the card read is correct for 10 secs after softcam restarted then show error.
    I have selected different ports in cccam and oscam config due to having my own vu+ultimo, but I port forwarded the additional ports in the router to match.
    I might have to take my box down and advise our members that I share with that my box will be down for the test period.Lastly, I will tell my son he needs to join our forum for his advice or my head will be shredded with frustration. lol, thanks for your help mate

    it could be anything, in the user settings does it say, status online, i would install a diff oscam until it shows in the softcam manager like the cccam, i had problems when mine didnt, u need to find the right one for the image,some will show and some wont or if some1 on here that has a dm800se and oscam installed, cud make a backup of their image, u would be sorted all done for ya lol, i dnt no if a normal dm800 images does a se, i dnt fink so

    4 images, 6 oscams later, is there a image that is sly freindly with oscam built in, I have looked around the dm800se 84b section but i do not see one, could someone point to a valid link please

    sorted, thanks to you all, downloaded digitalworldz se 1.1.nfi image, downloaded and setup CCcam_213 and Oscam6611 in Setup-Softcam/CI and modified Config's and Reader through Dcc, opened the ports on the router to correspond with the ports required on the config's and hey presto.!!!!!, all working, now then, I want to make a backup, can I backup to a usb stick?, should I, Can I post the image and config to the forum?

    i use GP2 Flashbackup, it will save it to ur harddrive or usb stick u have setup for ur dm800, then use a dcc program and goto hdd folder and backup folder and u will see ur file their and just copy to ur computer or laptop, then u can use in any dm800se
