Hi can anyone help me please in Backup manager it say's "there is a problem with this device,please reformat" I have found by pressing menu it takes me to Backup Location, Backup Prefix ect, them if I press yellow it askes which files and from then on I am stumped (again)

Where are you trying to backup to ? If you have no hard drive or USB device connected you will get this message..
