HI, I am using openvix, and have Cccam and config files loaded, sorry not sure what an emu is. As you can tell I am not very savvy with all this.

Installed the enigm2-plugin-extensions-kodilite_1.0_ro_all.ipk and it loaded OK. then I rebooted and went to plugins and got the following message on screen.

WARNING
some plugins are not available :
Extensions/kodilite (No module named lib.utils)
So still no go ??

Hello I have a VUsolo2 on the vix image and using DCC I have ftp kodilite to /usr/lib/enigma2/pytoon/plugins/extenstions/kodilite but when I get there can only see plugin-pry. I have tried reading all the posts,but I am getting nowhere. In DCC I can see the KodiLite folder. Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried this and some older ones, still the same. I will try it again. Thanks for you response

Downloaded the latest update and would not go in via "install local extension". So I went to DCC and installed
via, usr/lib/enigma 2/python/plugins/extensions. This went in but still would not open ?

I dont think Vix likes this plugin

Downloaded Mediaportal and dependency, I am on a VUsolo2 and the VIX image. I have tried pressing the EPG button and then 0000 and will not open any channels. No sign of menu. Any one help ?

Hello, I have a single LNB on a motorised dish and I am running the the VIX image. I had tuner A set to advance, on 28.2 east and everything was OK, until I tried to move sat positions to 19.2 east and I could not get a signal. I have tuner B set to not configured. I have tried swaping the tuners over ie A to B but on B I dont even get a signal on 28.2and the dish is still on 28.2. Any help would be much appriciated.

Update ran a new cable and everything is OK now. Thanks for all your support, what a great site this is.

Abu, I had all that, apart from having the tuners connected the wrong way round.

The LNB I hope not will have to take the dish down.. help

Abu, Just started the box up and looked out of the window and saw the green light on the motor, then it flashed orange, and then off.

Hi bmitie, I doubted the cable as well but sometimes I had picture then tuner error. The cable is the only thing left.

I am on the latest VIX image and Windows 7

Thanks for all your help, I have the dish on 28.2 and set my tuners like this B to simple, and A to loop through to B.
It came back as tuner no configured this is the fault that has been plaguing me no and off for some weeks now. About 10 days ago the motor would not move the dish and I notice the light was not on,so I purchased a new motor.

I connected the new one the motor light came on and I set it to 28.2. Then I went back to the receiver and it said tuner not configured so I thought it must be the tuner so after trying different tuner setting including using B only I brought a new VUsolo2.

After setting it up it worked on 28.2 until I switched it off. When I switched it back on the next day it said tuner not configured,
That's when I started asking for help.

Guess what the problem is, I think the sat cable as an internal break in it, that connects and the disconnects, I had looked at the connections to the motor and receiver, and when at the motor the light was on. I will replace it tomorrow.

So if in fact if you think you are unlucky, there is always someone more unlucky ME :06:
