I have a message come up "check tuner configuration". When I try to configure in any mode after pressing save it comes up tuner not configured. I have tried a factory reset and I still get the same result ????:62:

Hi can someone tell me what files to FTP over to a file called "services" so I can use Dreambox edit ?

All OK now I have loaded the latest VIX image and downloaded it from their extensions

Thanks cazuela I have done that but when I stick in the USB it does show any thing on the screen to download I then go to menu/setup/vix/install IPK and nothing appears?

Mediapotal deleted in error

I had Mediaportal in my plugins which upgraded automatically until it was deleted in error.
I since cannot get it to load via usb stick and ipk file I have followed threads using telnet commands but no joy.
Any help would be appreciated. I have a VUsolo2,thanks

Thanks for that, it works, don't know what I was doing. I think I went straight in to the set up positions and without changing the simple and positioner, tried to change the lat and long settings and it did'nt. Thanks for response.

Hello, I know that you can change your Lat and Long settings when you do a factory reset but when you go to menu and tuner config you see your settings,but I cannot change them there?

OK change the 2 in proxy.php back to primewire.ag and rebooted.... nothing

Can you please explain the .htaccess and proxy.php only in directory. My public_html folder is empty at the moment so this is the problem.

I have set up a web site via 000 and visited it ,in the anon folder I have renamed .htaccess. I have changed the 44 primewire.ag to my website and also changed 2 primewire.ag in proxy.php file to my website (this could be a mistake?)

I then remove the the plugin pyo file and replaced it with plugin.py file using DCC.

I then did a hard re-boot of my VUsolo+ and no joy...can anyone put me out of my misery

All ok now managed to change all to my proxy thanks for you help will now test it.

Thanks gerryd13 I have just opend up the the plugin.py file in notepad++ and asked it to search for www.primewire.ag and it say's no files found? Should I just downdload my proxy website?

OK I now understand Open the plugin.py file with notepadd++, search for primewire.ag, replace all with your new proxy details.. But I have no new proxy ??? so this is the only problem (apart for me) that needs to be solved. Is it my web site?

Thanks Master G, but having come this far I would like my own proxy, anyway Ian say's that it's the only way to ensure longterm connection. I have used Filezilla to ftp the files but cannot get my own proxy ?

Just when you thought this thread was finnished I come on the scene and try to re start my 1 channel plugin.
1 I have read all the posts
2 I have set up a website from 000
3 I have a " public_html" folder that contains .hlaccess and default.php
4 T have tried my website OK
5 I am stuck from this point. Where is the plugin.py file to edit with Notepad++???
