No Guide ?

    Hi, Just turned the box on today and i have no guide..? also when i looked in my menu i found i have two small menus on screen im having nothing but trouble with this box lately any help appreciated.

    Thats where my problems started tbh,i flashed the latest image then found i couldnt ftp to the box at all so i had to load my backup settings, i did notice somehow my ip address of the box has changed as well?? I have managed to get the Guide back on by restarting the box again but just have the guide and menu duplicated on screen.

    Was your backup from ViX 3.0 or the earlier images ? Loading a backup from the earlier images will cause problems and break the FTP..

    If DHCP is turned ON in adapter settings your ip address will change, turn it OFF if you want a static ip address or set one in your router..

    If you have setup CrossEPG properly it should be as easy as pressing Blue button then CrossEPG Downloader to refresh the guide..
