    Basically you have loaded the wrong image onto your box. Is your box a clone by any chance?


    You need to install the correct image to suit whichever SIM card is in your box, whether it be a SIM 2.01 or older, a Ferrari chip or one of the older E-Star chips.


    You need to verify which sim is in your box before you can proceed. You may need to open the box it to identify it.


    You can't miss the SIM. It should have something written on it that will help identify which one it is.
