need help with 110west channels

hi , I have question my sat is pointing west and i am getting 119w channels.
I am not getting 110w channels pic but all the names of the channels are visible . How to add channel # 422 Sun sport , 186 National geographic
I am located in Toronto Canada.And how to reset password i don't know the old password. thanks in advance.
