tutorial script on server oscam pc

I have a pc oscam server sometimes crashes the weblf and I want the oscam starts again.
I downloaded a script on forum
but I am unable to make it work (there is no effective tutorial for beginners)
method to install a script (the one made by the method weblf I understood and it is simple) but can not control weblf itself, so I should I use another method of monitoring weblf!
1) where I need to install the script file?
2) I have to give it a name like xxxxxx.sh? (eg updateweblf.sh?)
3) in which directory should I put it?
4) any other file must start I have to modify it works subtask?
