Checking your system logs in /var/log/ or webmin should give you an idea what is happening.. If there is a shutdown script running it should be in /etc/crontab/..

Use the ps command to view what processes are running, look for a cron or an oscam script..

You can paste the contents of the file here and we can modify it, or you can remove the cron if you don`t want to use it anymore.. Backup the cron file just incase you need it again..

Open a terminal window/putty, login --> type ps --> press enter.. The ps command will list all the processes running on the ubuntu, you should be able to spot a cron or oscam script..
-
These entries are supposed to stop/start oscam & CCcam, remove them..

is there any thing i can change he to either get it to reboot on its own or would i be better to take it off and do manual reboot ?
