Watching recorded programmes from external HDD on ViX Vu+Solo2

I have set up my external HDD on my VU+ Solo2 and have recorded a programme on it. I am using VIX image on my machine. Where do I need to go to watch what I have recorded? I can see it on DCC but not sure if i need to watch it from there somehow or if it is somewhere in the menu on my box

I had just found it the long way by going to menu>plugins>media player and selecting it there but when i started to play the file my box crashed. Tried it with the file list button and it has worked no problem.
