Have you opened this port on your router correctly???

On another note 12000 is the most common port known to hackers, you really need to change this.In your CCcam.cfg file this can be changed
Server listen port: 12000, change this to whatever number you like as long as the same port is opened in your router.
Try these steps
Check you have forwarded the port to the correct server/stb
Reboot your router
Lower or disable your firewall and reboot your router

Bellodreambox I will help you on team viewer in an hour or so. I am out at the min on my iPhone. I will change the ports for webifs etc etc. over the last few posts you have revealed your ports and DNS details. You should really **** out any sensitive information when posting configs etc.
