blocking a sid from oscam cacheex3 not working

Hi,

I am trying to block certian sids from cache ie premier sports and box nation but it's not working for some reason...

Usually putting ! infront of the name should work but its not i am still getting cache3 for the channel.

below are my config files

To be honest i usally find my answers on the forum and dont usually post anything but this has really made me go crazy lol
