After Oscam upgrade my reader isn't showing in Webif

I've just upgraded my oscam from 7180 to 8566 and my reader has stopped registering. It's not even listed as a reader but is in the file just not on Webif so channels aren't clearing.

Here's what I did.

Download Oscam 8566
FTP to usr/local/bin the oscam file
rename existing oscam as oscam.old
rename new oscam as oscam and set file to 755

Rebooted server Oscam restarted as new but my reader not seen...
